It is exactly as pictured and true to size. I think it looks very flattering on me, a size 16/xl with a 34G bust and 42” hips. It hits at a nice spot on my waist (5’6” tall) and draws attention away from the tummy. The one thing I would change if I could is I wish the waist band had a knot or something instead of just dangling from the seam, that part looks slightly awkward to me. I love the dress overall though.
